Automated De-panning

Our depanner adopts computer programming. The range of modular product transfer systems provides accurate and controlled handling, ensuring the highest quality final product, while minimizing waste.  We also offer automatic depanner solution to all kinds of mechanical arms, it is available custom-configured for a specific application.

Needle

Ultra-fine needles housed within the ‘picking’ heads are used to secure the product.

Vacuum

The system uses a low noise air blast, which gently loosens product in the pan. Then, a quick, clean vacuum removal system automatically separates the product from the pan. Suction power and ‘picking’ heads are customized to suit individual product types.
